Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage accurate pricing quotations for transport and tourism products.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to maintain competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with the operations and sales departments to define service requirements.
- Prepare formal proposals and offer documents for potential and existing clients.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on all quotation inquiries to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain and update the product pricing database for internal transparency.
- Address client queries regarding service costs and inclusions professionally and promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or Tourism preferred.
- Previous experience in administration, quotation management, or customer service.
- Strong numerical aptitude with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Deep understanding of the local Bali transport and tourism market.
