- Prepare detailed product quotations for clients based on transportation requirements and pricing structures
- Analyze client specifications and market trends to recommend optimal service packages
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure quotation accuracy and feasibility
- Maintain and update pricing databases and quotation documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and availability
- Process client feedback and revise quotations as needed
- Monitor quotation conversion rates and identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in quotation preparation or sales support
- Proficiency in quotation software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of Bali tourism market and transportation industry
- Ability to negotiate terms and resolve client inquiries
