Product Referential - Associate

Concentrix is a global leader in customer experience solutions, and we are looking for a Product Referential – Associate to join our Banking and Financial Services team in Taguig City. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting financial instrument setup, lifecycle updates, and market data controls across global markets operations. You will ensure accurate and timely reference data management, contributing to the efficiency of our client's financial operations.

As a Product Referential Associate, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity, resolve data issues, and support process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the setup and maintenance of financial instruments in the reference data system.
• Perform regular updates to instrument lifecycle events including corporate actions and market data changes.
• Conduct quality checks and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Support the monitoring and control of market data feeds and internal data sources.
• Collaborate with global teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve processes.
• Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing data management systems and workflows.
• Document procedures and maintain knowledge bases for reference data operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in financial data management, operations, or a similar role.
• Understanding of financial instruments (equities, bonds, derivatives) and market data concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for global collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of SQL or data management systems is a plus.
