Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell construction products to clients in the building industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and other industry professionals
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and competitor intelligence
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve client inquiries and issues
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and market developments
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Construction, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or building materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with own vehicle is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Knowledge of construction materials and building processes is a plus
