Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including corporate accounts and SMEs, within Legazpi City and surrounding areas.
- Conduct professional presentations to showcase Maxicare's health insurance products and membership benefits.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new policyholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless enrollment and account management processes.
- Participate in sales events, health fairs, and networking activities to increase brand presence.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis updates for the regional management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nursing, or any related field.
- Proven work experience in sales, account management, or business development (healthcare or insurance industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic digital reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel within the Bicol region as required by business needs.
