Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks for sustainability compliance in natural product supply chains
- Analyze ESG data to identify emerging risks and opportunities for risk mitigation
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate sustainability risk metrics into digital platforms
- Generate actionable risk reports and dashboards for stakeholder decision-making
- Validate data accuracy from diverse sources including suppliers, industry reports, and regulatory updates
- Stay current on evolving sustainability regulations and industry best practices
- Conduct root cause analysis of sustainability incidents and recommend preventive measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sustainability risk assessment or ESG compliance
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau) and risk modeling software
- Deep understanding of sustainability frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and supply chain regulations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
- Experience working with natural resource or processed product industries preferred
- Certification in sustainability management (e.g., GRI, CSM) or risk management highly desirable
