Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or product engineering roles
- Strong understanding of industrial automation or control systems technologies
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for client interactions
- Certifications in relevant technical products or sales methodologies preferred
