PT Tech Security Solution, a leading provider of comprehensive cybersecurity solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Sales Manager to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales growth of our IT security product portfolio, focusing on enterprise clients across various industries. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in Indonesia and beyond.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in IT sales, particularly within the security vendor ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building relationships with enterprise customers and delivering tailored security solutions that address complex business challenges. As a Product Sales Manager, you will work closely with our technical and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, conduct product demonstrations, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for IT security products across enterprise accounts in Jakarta and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their security needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base and product penetration.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to prospects.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure alignment and maximize sales support.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales, preferably within IT security or vendor environments.
- Proven track record of selling to enterprise-level customers in Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Existing network within enterprise clients in Jakarta is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
