We are looking for a consultative seller who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to high-impact product demonstrations and final contract negotiations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our ERP/SaaS market reach.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and convert new business leads through outbound prospecting and networking.
  • Conduct high-energy, value-driven product demonstrations tailored to specific client needs.
  • Analyze client business processes to articulate how our software solutions deliver tangible ROI.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline data within the company CRM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in SaaS, ERP, or B2B software sales.
  • Strong proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) to manage sales funnels.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative approach to selling.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-pressure environment.
  • Professional presentation skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
