Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and update comprehensive training programs and materials focusing on product features, benefits, usage, and competitive advantages.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to sales teams and other relevant departments, utilizing a blended learning approach (e.g., classroom, virtual, e-learning).
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, continuously refining programs for optimal impact.
- Ensure all training content aligns with company policies, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and sales leadership to stay abreast of new product launches, updates, and market trends.
- Coach and mentor sales professionals on effective sales techniques, objection handling, and customer engagement strategies based on product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain a robust library of training resources, including guides, FAQs, and multimedia content.
- Identify skill gaps within the sales team and propose targeted training interventions to address them.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product training, sales training, or a similar learning and development role, preferably within a fast-paced industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and facilitate engaging workshops to diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer experience principles, and performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and various e-learning authoring tools.
- Experience in creating multimedia training content is a plus.
