- Consult with entrepreneurs to identify business risks and recommend appropriate AXA insurance and financial solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with local business owners in Pangasinan and surrounding areas
- Present product offerings during flexible hours that align with client schedules
- Complete sales documentation and compliance requirements with precision
- Continuously update knowledge on AXA's product portfolio and industry regulations
- Collaborate with AXA's regional team to achieve sales targets and service goals
- Provide ongoing support to clients with claims inquiries and policy adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Active entrepreneur or previous business ownership experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust with fellow business owners
- Proven ability to manage time effectively across multiple commitments
- Basic understanding of business risk management principles
- Residency in Pangasinan or deep familiarity with local business community
- High school diploma with preference for business or finance coursework
- Willingness to complete AXA's certification program for product specialists
