Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly loan production targets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing loan partners and dealership networks to maximize business referrals.
- Conduct regular site visits and product presentations to ensure partners are well-equipped to promote our loan offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Malabon City area to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance updates for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline the loan application and approval process for clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations in all sales transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the finance or automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of self-motivation, target-driven mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic data analysis tools.
- Willingness to perform field work within the designated area (Malabon City and nearby regions).
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple dealership accounts simultaneously.
