Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and market Asialink’s financial products to prospective clients in the Cebu region.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to explain benefits and features effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly regional targets.
- Provide comprehensive support and guidance to clients throughout the application process.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and provide feedback to management on product reception.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Specialist, Sales Representative, or similar role in the financial sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
- Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in local dialects (Cebuano) and English is required.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Cebu area as needed.
