Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage F&B product inventory levels to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality raw materials.
- Conduct regular quality checks on all food and beverage products to maintain standards.
- Analyze sales data and product performance to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless product availability.
- Assist in menu planning and the development of new food and beverage offerings.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business is preferred.
- Previous experience in F&B operations, product management, or supply chain is a plus.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays in a tourist setting.
