Transavia Otomasi is looking for a driven Product Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will act as the technical backbone of our operations, serving as the primary point of contact for clients seeking sophisticated automation and electrical solutions.
As a Product Specialist, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering products and real-world industrial applications. You will be instrumental in conducting thorough application reviews, providing expert technical support, and ensuring that our clients receive the most accurate and efficient product solutions for their specific operational needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support and guidance to clients regarding our industrial automation and electrical product portfolio.
- Conduct detailed application reviews to ensure product compatibility and performance with client systems.
- Develop and recommend accurate product solutions based on specific industrial project requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery and technical alignment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide rapid, effective resolution for client hardware and software queries.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on emerging industry trends, new technology releases, and competitor benchmarking.
- Prepare technical documentation, manuals, and troubleshooting guides to enhance internal and external product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or application engineering role within the industrial automation sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of PLCs, HMI, VFDs, and industrial electrical distribution systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on technical accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong professional relationships with industrial clients.
- Proficiency in using technical software for simulation, design, or diagnostics is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
