In this role, you will be the technical authority for our advanced analytical instrument portfolio, including Triple Quad, QTOF, and Single Quadrupole systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for LC/MS product lines, providing deep expertise to internal sales teams and external clients.
- Conduct high-impact instrument demonstrations, sample runs, and technical seminars for prospective customers.
- Support the full sales lifecycle by identifying customer pain points and proposing tailored analytical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex application-specific challenges and provide post-sales technical guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical, academic, and clinical research sectors.
- Stay current on the latest advancements in mass spectrometry, including Orbitrap and related high-resolution technologies.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to execute product launches and promotional strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related Life Science field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining LC/MS (Triple Quad, QTOF, or Single Quad) systems.
- Strong background in method development and data analysis in an analytical laboratory environment.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions for diverse audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality technical support.
- Ability to travel within the region as required to support customer engagements.
