Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and post-launch, ensuring successful adoption of our SaaS solutions.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions tailored to client needs.
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including planning, milestone tracking, and timeline management.
- Collaborate with the product team to communicate client feedback and contribute to feature prioritization.
- Provide tier-1 technical support and troubleshoot issues, escalating as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles.
- Monitor client usage metrics to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a product specialist, technical account management, or similar SaaS role.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based software and the SaaS business model.
- Proven project management abilities with a track record of managing multiple initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management software (e.g., Asana) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
