Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute supply chain strategies to improve service levels and minimize total delivered cost.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics partners to optimize production schedules and inventory distribution.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to identify supply chain bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions.
- Manage end-to-end customer replenishment processes to ensure high availability of P&G products in the market.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability within the network.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, marketing, and finance to align supply capabilities with business demand.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management tools (Excel, SQL, or BI platforms).
- Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams in a complex environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data clearly.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles and network operations.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced work culture.
