Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver expert technical support and application engineering for a wide range of precision bearings and power transmission products.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and deliver customized engineering solutions.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis on product returns and field failures, preparing detailed technical reports.
- Assist in the selection and specification of mechanical components for optimal performance.
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including product catalogs and manuals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to drive product innovation.
- Support quality assurance with incoming inspections and supplier evaluations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in technical support or application engineering, preferably in bearings or industrial machinery.
- Strong grasp of mechanical engineering principles including material science and mechanics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured, analytical approach.
- Proficiency in CAD software and ERP systems is highly advantageous.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to continuous learning.
