- Provide comprehensive hardware engineering support for Teradyne's multilane test systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in semiconductor testing equipment
- Develop and implement diagnostic procedures for hardware reliability improvement
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate field insights into product enhancements
- Deliver expert technical support to customers, including on-site assistance
- Document technical solutions and create knowledge base materials
- Optimize test equipment performance through continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware support or semiconductor testing
- Strong proficiency in diagnostic tools and test equipment operation
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex hardware systems and PCB analysis
- Experience with multilane systems or high-speed testing protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills with systematic debugging approaches
- Strong communication abilities for technical documentation and customer interaction
