- Deliver comprehensive product support and technical guidance to clients across Cebu
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Identify sales opportunities during client interactions and collaborate with sales team
- Resolve technical inquiries efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for key accounts
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years in sales or customer support role, technical background advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local dialects
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's license with own transportation (client site visits required)
