Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical support and consultation for industrial hose applications and related products.
- Analyze customer requirements to recommend the most suitable hose specifications and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and engineering department to ensure product alignment with business goals.
- Conduct product training for internal staff and external clients to enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and technological advancements.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer complaints efficiently.
- Contribute to the development of technical datasheets and product manuals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical sales support, product management, or a similar technical role.
- Deep understanding of industrial hose types, materials, pressure ratings, and installation methods.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach.
