Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production flow.
- Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance on product-related machinery.
- Troubleshoot technical anomalies and escalate complex issues to process engineers promptly.
- Maintain precise documentation of production data, process parameters, and equipment performance.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, cleanroom standards, and quality management systems.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of production lines for new product introductions.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to reduce downtime and enhance yield.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a semiconductor, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift pattern to support 24/7 manufacturing operations.
- Good proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective technical communication.
- Basic knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and quality measurement tools.
- A proactive team player with a high level of integrity and professional discipline.
