Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality assurance? PERSOL is seeking a dedicated Product Test Analyst (UAT) to join our dynamic team in Eunos. In this role, you will be the final gatekeeper of our product quality, ensuring that every feature meets user expectations and business requirements before it hits the market.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to bridge the gap between technical implementation and end-user experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, document, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new software features and enhancements.
- Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, track, and document software defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Verify that bug fixes are implemented correctly and perform regression testing to ensure no new issues are introduced.
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to provide insights on product quality and release readiness.
- Maintain clear documentation of testing results, providing detailed reports to management and development teams.
- Advocate for the end-user experience by ensuring software flows are intuitive, efficient, and error-free.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in software testing, specifically in UAT or Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating and managing test plans, test cases, and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical issues to non-technical team members.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile team environment with minimal supervision.
