Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive UAT test plans and test scripts based on business requirements.
- Identify, record, and track software defects and inconsistencies using standard bug-tracking tools like Jira.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Developers, to resolve issues and ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
- Perform end-to-end testing from a user perspective to validate system workflows and usability.
- Prepare detailed test summary reports and provide sign-off recommendations to stakeholders.
- Participate in sprint planning and requirement review meetings to provide input on testability and potential risks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Software Testing, specifically focused on User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies within a software development environment.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills to troubleshoot complex system behaviors.
- Proficiency in using defect management tools such as Jira, HP ALM, or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively report bugs and collaborate with team members.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple testing tasks under tight deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.
