- Develop comprehensive test programs and test cases for integration, component, and system testing
- Execute test scenarios meticulously and document results, defects, and resolutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Ensure test coverage aligns with product requirements and quality standards
- Validate product functionality, performance, and compatibility in diverse environments
- Maintain and update test documentation, procedures, and automation scripts
- Report test progress, metrics, and quality insights to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product testing or quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and defect tracking systems
- Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting (Python/Java)
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Professional certification in testing (ISTQB) is advantageous
