Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive product training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure product proficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers from West Malaysia and China to understand product specifications and gather essential insights.
- Utilize various software applications and learning management systems to create engaging training materials.
- Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback to continuously improve training methodologies.
- Develop and maintain detailed training manuals, guides, and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and software updates to deliver accurate and relevant training.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training, teaching, or a similar instructional role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Familiarity with various software tools and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with suppliers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects effectively.
