- Develop and deliver engaging product training sessions for internal teams and external clients
- Create and maintain comprehensive training materials including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and customize training programs
- Facilitate hands-on workshops and product demonstrations to ensure practical understanding
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align training with product updates and customer requirements
- Measure training effectiveness through feedback collection and performance metrics
- Stay current with product features and industry best practices in training methodologies
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting guidance to trainees post-training
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in product training, technical instruction, or similar role
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proficiency in creating engaging training materials using multimedia tools
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple training schedules
- Experience with e-learning platforms and training management systems
- Knowledge of fleet management or SaaS technologies is highly advantageous
