Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging product training sessions for both new and existing customers
- Create comprehensive training materials, including manuals, videos, and interactive tutorials
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and functionality
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical support and answering customer inquiries
- Collaborate with product development teams to identify training needs and opportunities
- Continuously update training content to reflect product updates and enhancements
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in adult learning and product training
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product training, technical writing, or customer education
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and understand new software products
- Experience creating training materials including documentation, videos, and interactive content
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping users succeed
- Experience with SaaS products and/or fleet management technology is a plus
