Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive product training curricula and materials for the sales team.
- Conduct engaging training workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to ensure mastery of product features.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting content as needed to meet business goals.
- Update training resources regularly to reflect the latest product updates, technology advancements, and market positioning.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to align training objectives with company strategies.
- Mentor and support junior trainers or sales staff in enhancing their presentation and product knowledge skills.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or a similar role within the automotive or technology industry.
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Deep understanding of electric vehicle (EV) technology and automotive market trends is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to create interactive and engaging training materials, including manuals and presentations.
- Experience in supervising training teams or managing training projects.
