In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting daily production and administrative operations, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between production teams and administrative functions. We are looking for an individual who is organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a high-performance environment. Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and update daily production logs and manufacturing records with high accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepare, organize, and file all necessary documentation, including work orders, production schedules, and compliance reports.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
  • Coordinate with production supervisors and logistics staff to ensure administrative requirements are met promptly.
  • Generate and analyze operational data to provide insights that support decision-making and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure all production-related documentation complies with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and route them to the appropriate departments to maintain clear communication channels.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in production administration or a similar administrative role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on safety and quality.
