Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, organize, and encode daily production data into the centralized reporting system.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
- Monitor production output against set targets and report any discrepancies or deviations.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of all production-related documentation.
- Collaborate with floor supervisors to gather input for operational updates and process improvements.
- Maintain electronic and physical records of production logs and inventory movements.
- Assist in the generation of KPI reports to track department efficiency and waste reduction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data entry, report generation, or production coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Formatting).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in high-volume data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members across different shifts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet daily deadlines.
- Working knowledge of ERP or similar inventory management software is a distinct advantage.
