Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process optimization
- Perform root-cause analysis for production bottlenecks and quality deviations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production performance dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data-driven improvement initiatives
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, yield rates, and throughput metrics
- Prepare executive summaries of production trends and recommend corrective actions
- Support capacity planning and resource allocation through data modeling
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in production analysis within manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau)
- Strong background in root-cause analysis methodologies (5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and production management software
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to operational details
