Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor production systems to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Perform real-time troubleshooting by analyzing Unix/Linux logs to identify root causes of application errors.
- Execute SQL queries to investigate data inconsistencies and generate diagnostic reports.
- Manage incident lifecycles, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary.
- Collaborate with the development team to deploy hotfixes and patches to the production environment.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system issues and resolution procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support 24/7 business operations.
Kualifikasi
- 0.5 to 2 years of professional experience in a production application support or system administration role.
- Strong technical proficiency in reading and interpreting Unix/Linux server logs.
- Solid understanding of SQL; ability to write and execute complex queries for data extraction.
- Basic knowledge of scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) for task automation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high sense of urgency.
- Strong communication skills in English, capable of interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
