Kualifikasi
- 0-2 years of experience in a production application support environment
- Ability to read and analyze Unix logs for debugging and troubleshooting
- Basic SQL knowledge for database-related issue resolution
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line interfaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
