Tanggung Jawab
- Provide 24/7 Level 2/3 technical and functional support for mission-critical treasury applications.
- Actively monitor system performance and proactively identify potential bottlenecks or failures.
- Manage incident lifecycles, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with global development and QA teams to deploy patches and hotfixes.
- Analyze root causes of recurring issues and implement long-term preventative measures.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Engage in daily system health checks and capacity planning exercises.
- Assist in the automation of routine operational tasks to improve team efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in production application support, preferably within a banking or fintech environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for database troubleshooting and data analysis.
- Experience with Unix/Linux command-line environments and shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with incident management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana).
- Solid understanding of financial markets and treasury application workflows is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
- Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, 24/7 shift environment.
