Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble mechanical or electrical components according to detailed blueprints and technical specifications.
- Inspect parts and sub-assemblies for quality defects prior to final integration.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized workstation to ensure compliance with safety and productivity standards.
- Document production activities and report any mechanical or material discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
- Meet daily production quotas while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished goods for shipment.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- Proven manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret basic assembly instructions, diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues quickly.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift materials throughout a full-time shift.
