Tanggung Jawab
- Operate assembly equipment and machinery to assemble products according to strict technical specifications and safety guidelines.
- Monitor production performance using digital interfaces, including AWS dashboards and VB applications, to track output and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct quality control checks on assembled components to ensure they meet company standards before packaging.
- Adhere to all workplace safety protocols, including wearing PPE and following lockout/tagout procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
- Report any machinery malfunctions or defects to the supervisor immediately to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and maintain high efficiency during night shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically the Night Shift (Shift Code: 4334).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital monitoring tools (experience with AWS or VB is a plus).
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
