Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble and mount server racks, network cabinets, and IT equipment according to technical blueprints and specifications.
- Perform rigorous testing and quality control checks on assembled components to ensure operational readiness.
- Conduct troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues during the assembly process.
- Manage cable organization and routing to ensure optimal airflow and a tidy workspace.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in compliance with company safety regulations.
- Document assembly procedures, test results, and any technical modifications accurately.
- Collaborate with the engineering and quality assurance teams to improve production workflows.
- Handle and organize inventory related to assembly parts and components.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or technical support roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions precisely.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking components, and system architecture.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and the ability to lift moderate weights (up to 15kg).
- Experience working in a cleanroom or controlled environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts if required by production schedules.
