Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the production team in the daily preparation, mixing, and baking of high-quality bread and pastry products.
- Ensure all ingredients are measured and handled according to strict company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, adhering strictly to food safety and health regulations (HACCP/GMP).
- Monitor and operate baking equipment and machinery, reporting any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Support the inventory management process by checking stock levels and organizing supplies in the storage area.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of products, ensuring a professional presentation for retail.
- Maintain consistent production workflow to meet daily store delivery deadlines.
- Follow all company policies regarding safety, grooming, and workplace conduct.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or holder of a vocational certificate in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen, or food manufacturing environment is a strong advantage but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene, safety practices, and kitchen sanitation.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting baking supplies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and recipes.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be currently residing in or willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
