Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing and implementing departmental production plans and schedules to meet output targets.
- Monitor daily production progress, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with various departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, quality control) to ensure smooth material flow and resource availability.
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, records, and documentation for analysis.
- Identify and report any production issues or deviations, actively assisting in problem-solving and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Production Assistant or in a similar manufacturing support role is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of production planning principles and various manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential for reporting and communication.
- Strong organizational skills with an excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff.
