As our Production Assistant, you will bridge the gap between design concepts and final output. You will work closely with production managers, sewing teams, and quality control staff to troubleshoot bottlenecks, manage raw material inventory, and keep our production flow optimized. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor the daily production schedule to ensure on-time delivery of garment orders.
- Perform regular quality inspections on garments at various stages of production to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, fabrics, and notions to prevent production delays.
- Liaise between the production floor and the warehouse to ensure efficient material handling and movement.
- Prepare production reports and assist management in tracking KPIs related to output and waste reduction.
- Troubleshoot minor production bottlenecks and escalate complex issues to the Production Manager.
- Ensure all workstations adhere to workplace safety and cleanliness guidelines (5S).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in garment manufacturing or a similar production-based role.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric types, and manufacturing workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) for documentation and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to work on-site in Novaliches, Metro Manila.
