In this high-visibility role, you will act as the right hand to the General Manager, gaining unparalleled exposure to factory operations, supply chain management, and high-level strategic planning. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between floor operations and administrative oversight, ensuring that our production targets are met with efficiency, quality, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily production operations to ensure output targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications between production, logistics, quality control, and human resources.
- Prepare comprehensive analytical reports, performance dashboards, and status updates for executive review.
- Monitor raw material inventory and assist in optimizing supply chain workflows to reduce production downtime.
- Facilitate team meetings, document key decision points, and follow up on action items to ensure organizational alignment.
- Assist in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor regulations, food safety standards (HACCP/ISO), and company environmental policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production or operations environment, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory for effective communication with international stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership potential and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to be based at our production facility in Ngoro, Jawa Timur.
