Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production floor operations to ensure output targets are consistently met.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate production staff to maintain high levels of productivity and safety.
- Monitor manufacturing equipment performance and coordinate timely maintenance with the technical team.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control protocols to minimize waste and rework.
- Analyze production data and generate performance reports to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with local OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) standards and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with logistics for timely procurement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing a diverse team of operators.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Malay, or Mandarin to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and production management software (ERP/MRP).
