We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Assistant Manager (AM) - Stamping & Assembly to join our dynamic manufacturing team in the Kajang/Bangi/Serdang area. In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of our production operations, overseeing the efficient manufacturing and assembly of high-quality metal parts.
As a key leader on the factory floor, you will be responsible for operating and optimizing complex machinery, ensuring that all production targets are met while strictly adhering to our rigorous quality control and workplace safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heavy manufacturing, specifically within stamping and assembly processes, and have a proven track record of leading teams to success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the stamping and assembly production lines to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Operate, monitor, and calibrate production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control measures and workplace safety protocols at all times.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate closely with the maintenance department for timely repairs.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and components to prevent production delays.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for senior management review.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in metal stamping and assembly.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, occupational health standards, and ISO quality management systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse production team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, shift-based manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in basic computer software (MS Office) and modern production reporting tools.
