- Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform quality control checks on products at various stages of production, ensuring adherence to company standards and specifications.
- Execute assembly tasks, material handling, and packaging operations efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all company safety protocols and guidelines.
- Accurately document production activities, including logging completed units, materials used, and reporting any discrepancies or issues.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
- Participate actively in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and contribute to process optimization.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock checks and ensuring materials are readily available for production.
Kualifikasi
- A strong eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards developing new skills in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for understanding instructions, documentation, and simple calculations.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that may require standing for extended periods, lifting, and repetitive motions.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in the workplace.
- Prior experience in a production, warehouse, or logistics environment is a plus, but not mandatory as full training will be provided.
- Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule and be able to work in the East Region of Singapore.
- A positive work ethic and a reliable attendance record.
