As a Production Assistant, you will support daily warehouse and production operations. This includes assisting with assembly, packing, stock checks, and maintaining a safe work environment. The role follows a rotating 4-3-3-4 shift schedule, ensuring a good work-life balance while keeping our operations running smoothly 24/7. Compensation Details:
- Gross Salary: Starting from $2,960 per month before overtime.
- Earning Potential: Total monthly compensation ranges from $2,780 to $3,800 depending on shift allowances and overtime hours worked.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the production floor to ensure targets are met.
- Perform manual assembly, packing, labelling, and sorting of goods according to specifications.
- Conduct basic quality inspections and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Handle incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring accurate stock records.
- Operate basic production machinery and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety (5S) in the workspace.
- Support the logistics team in loading and unloading materials when required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent (Higher qualifications welcome).
- No prior experience required ā full training will be provided.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift loads throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willing to work rotating shifts (4 days on, 3 off / 3 days on, 4 off etc.).
- Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written) for clear communication.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset.
