Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Mill Operators with daily production tasks and workflow management.
- Monitor machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and safe operations.
- Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of the production area.
- Identify and address operational issues that arise during the shift.
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality control standards.
- Report any machinery malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational certificate.
- Basic mechanical or technical knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial manufacturing environment.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus.
