- Maintenance Associates: Focus on equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to maximize machine availability.
- Packing Associates: Ensure the efficient, accurate, and safe packaging of finished goods in compliance with specifications.
- Utilities Associates: Manage and maintain essential factory utilities like steam, water, and compressed air systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment faults (Maintenance role).
- Execute packing operations according to standard procedures, ensuring product quality and packaging specifications are met (Packing role).
- Monitor and maintain utility systems (boilers, chillers, compressors) to ensure uninterrupted factory operations (Utilities role).
- Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards, and 5S housekeeping protocols.
- Accurately complete production documentation and reports, including shift logs and quality checklists.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure raw materials and finished goods are handled, stored, and transferred properly.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Associate Degree, or College Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical), Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environment is preferred (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule (rotating day/night shifts), weekends, and holidays.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, high-pressure environment.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a factory environment.
