You will play a critical role in managing direct material procurement, optimizing inventory levels, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency and timely delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for direct materials, ensuring all production requirements are met on schedule.
- Execute purchase orders (POs) and monitor delivery timelines to prevent manufacturing delays.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams including production planning, engineering, and warehouse operations.
- Evaluate and manage supplier performance, including pricing, quality, and lead-time reliability.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and update the ERP system with latest lead times and vendor information.
- Resolve supply chain discrepancies and address quality issues with suppliers promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a production or direct buying role, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices, including inventory management and lead-time analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
